My skills weren't really good at first because i barely knew how to play and also because it was my first time actually playing.

My volley ball skills now are okay because i was actually listening and knew what i had to do to play and hit the ball.

I can now actually hit the volley ball with my arms other then not being able to aim for the ball.

The hardest part is arming because i have never been able to hit the ball properly and now i can aim.

I really liked how everyone was so kind when you didn't hit the ball because i gets really embarrassing when you dont hit the ball.

 If i would do volley ball i would try more harder and actually participate.

 Topic what does the sound sound like: The song sounds like the piano and it kin of gives me bongos vibes and the beat sounds very upbeat and beautiful sounds.The sound also sounds like it could be on sponge bob.

Pita Pockets

How to make a pita pocket

Ingredients:for pita pocket

• 1 pita casing per person

• Lettuce

• Cheese

• Tomato

• Grated carrot

• ¼ onions

• 1t oil

• Sauces – tomato, bbq, mayo, hummus, chilli

• 1 slice of ham

Method:

1. Sauté the onions together in a pan with oil, high-med heat

2. Chop and grate the vegetables you require

3. Place pita pockets in microwave for 20 seconds

4. Cut open the pita pocket along the crease

5. Stuff pita pockets with required fillings

My group worked amazingly  and my pita pocket was deliciously crunch and the pita bread tasted so beautiful.

 it was a chilly windy day in the Caribbean usually we would go out shore and look at the schooner's.

But this one inarticulate was different because it was the size of three elephants and bright like an eagle with 

beautiful different shapes.
